How does the retrofit installation work?
Our device uses industrial signal splitters that sit between your existing sensor and your PLC. This allows us to 'listen' to the 4-20mA signal without interrupting your local control system. Installation typically takes less than 30 minutes per tank.
Does this require my site's Wi-Fi?
No. The device includes a built-in cellular modem that operates on a private network. It is completely isolated from your site's IT infrastructure, ensuring security and removing the need for local network configuration.
What are the pre-work requirements for on-site install?
To ensure a smooth installation, we just need a few simple things ready ahead of time: Clear access to the existing sensor cables near the mounting point, A nearby 24V power supply, Basic information about your current sensor wiring (for example, 2- or 3-wire, 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA)
Is there really no monthly cost for 5 years?
Correct. Your initial investment covers all cellular data charges and platform access for 5 years. There are no monthly bills or hidden SIM management fees.
What if I have more than 1 tank?
We can offer lower prices for multiple tanks starting from £1000 per tank. We will require a site visit to perform a site evaluation and offer a full quote
Is the price really final with no VAT?
Yes. As we are currently not VAT registered, the price you see (£1750) is the final price you pay. No VAT will be added to your invoice.
